Emerging Technology Courses

The Virginia Tech Roanoke Center presents a Data Analytics short course designed by Tarun Sen, Virginia Tech Professor Emeritus of Accounting Information Systems. The course is offered as a hybrid (in-person and online) to those in the Roanoke area or offered fully via the Zoom platform online to anyone, anywhere. Data Analytics consists of six modules that take a deep dive into Python, data management, predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, clustering methods and big data. We will focus on applications of these concepts and complete hands-on course project.
